How do I create a family?

After signing in, tap the "Create Family" button on your dashboard. Give your family a name and you're all set. You can create multiple family groups to organize different households or groups.

How do I invite family members?

Open your family group and tap "Invite Members." Kunba will generate a unique invite code that you can share with your family. They can enter this code after signing in to join your family group.

How do I assign tasks?

When creating or editing a task, tap the "Assign" field to choose a family member. You can set a due date, add a description, and the assigned person will receive a push notification (if enabled). Tasks can be reassigned at any time.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and select "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your personal data, including your name, email, profile photo, and all associated content. Account deletion is processed promptly. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Is Kunba free?

Yes! Kunba is currently free to use with all features included. There are no ads, no tracking, and no hidden costs. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the core experience will remain free.

What accessibility features are available?

Kunba is designed for everyone in the family. We offer a Kid-Friendly Mode with larger text and simplified navigation, an Elder-Friendly Mode with enhanced readability and high-contrast options, full VoiceOver and TalkBack support, Dynamic Type support, and customizable text sizes. You can enable these in the app's Settings under Accessibility.

How do I enable push notifications?

When you first open Kunba, you'll be prompted to allow notifications. If you skipped this, go to your device's Settings, find Kunba, and enable notifications. In the app, you can also fine-tune which notifications you receive under Settings > Notifications.
